We offer free ground shipping for all orders over $50, with expedited 2-day and next day air shipping available for an additional cost. Packages shipping ground generally require 7 business days from the time an order is received to arrival at your door. 2-day and next day orders placed by 12pm MST ship the same day Monday through Friday. Can I return a Med 7 CBD product?

Med 7 stands behind all our products with a 100% money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for exchange or to receive a full refund.  

How do I start a return?

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. You will be sent a label via email to print out and place on your package for return shipment at no cost to you. Once we receive your return a refund will be issued, and an auto email will notify you of the transaction.
